Hello,
I have a MacBook running OS X and for the past few days my Mac is starting up in safe mode, I don't know what that is and it's blocking my whole computer. I have shut it down several times hoping that it would go away but to no avail.
Additionally, I just noticed that my shift key was reversed, could this be the cause or a consequence of the safe mode startup and how can I remove it so that my Mac goes back to normal mode?
I'm not good with computers and I have my finals in a few days with all my presentations on the computer... I'm desperate please help me.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

you can try this here but yes, indeed, in general, it's the key that is stuck.
