Hello,

I purchased a PC from AWD IT in April.

However, suddenly I encountered a display problem...
Green lines on a dark background and pink on a light background.
Sometimes it goes away, but most of the time it stays.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, etc., via GeForce Experience, then manually...

In the device manager, the GPU: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

And on GPU Z, it's as if the memory is no longer detected; it shows 0.

When it was working correctly, I did a FURMARK test, it ran normally throughout the test, and once I closed the application: bluescreen with the error code: video TDR failure

(During a screenshot, the frame hardly contains any lines...)

Any ideas? Is the card dead?

Thank you in advance...

    Hello.
If the cable between the tower and the screen is okay, then it's the graphics card that has a problem.
