Pink line on ASUS PC screen

Hello, my PC has been displaying vertical lines mainly at the bottom of my screen for a little while now. They are usually pink and flickering.

I have reinstalled Windows, opened the PC to remove all the dust, updated my graphics drivers, etc. Also, the PC does some really "strange" things; that is to say, with 1 or 2 restarts the lines disappear, and if the screen goes to sleep, I just have to move the mouse and the lines disappear as well... I honestly have a hard time understanding the coherence in this ^^

My PC is 3 years old, and my warranty expired 2 weeks ago... I'm really bothered by this because I don't know anyone who can help me fix it :(

it smells like the screen is a bit busted…
Ultimate test, if you can, try with another screen and if the line doesn't appear, it's definitely the screen that's dead…

hello, is it difficult to change if that's the case? and in terms of price, is it worth changing? because I really don't know anything about PCs...

let's say it depends on the screen; if it's a very large, top-of-the-line screen, maybe.

If it's a "normal" screen, it will be cheaper to buy a new one, but if you can test it first,

either another screen on your computer or your screen on another computer, only then will you be able to decide.
