My phone is discharging while it's charging

Hello, here is my problem: my Honor 9 Lite discharges while it's plugged in, and if I don’t use it, it charges extremely slowly (for example, I plug it in overnight, it’s at 40% when I wake up, it will only be at 70%)
it's quite annoying at the moment, I would like to have a solution without having to change phones, thank you in advance.

    Changing the charger... It's like everything else, it wears out and works less efficiently!!
    Avoid the overly cheap models.
