I have a Huawei G700 phone. After a certain period, about 2 years of use, it would turn off and turn back on, and then one fine day the phenomenon happened every 10 seconds; in short, it became unusable. What should I do?

    Do you have the means to remove the battery, put it back in, and then start the phone?

      Of course, my first instinct was to remove the battery, put it back after a few hours, and turn it on again. No result, worse, at first when the phone restarted it would charge until the screen appeared, but now only the logo appears and it shuts off.
