When I open Edge, everything is in Arabic...

Hello,

My son is back from a trip to Tunisia and we are not quite sure what he did (with the computer...) but when I open Edge, all the settings and information are in Arabic... how can I change this back to French??

    Hello Phoco,

    The only valid solution is as follows: open Edge in Arabic: go to settings (gear icon) at the top left (إعدادات الصفحة), then go to "advanced settings" in Arabic: إعدادات متقدمة; then go to "preferred languages" in Arabic: اللغات المختارة; then scroll down the ribbon until you reach the language you have chosen, and that's it; I have tried all the proposed solutions and none are valid.

      It was just a temporary solution. Indeed, even if it's done, later on, when you return to Edge, Arabic comes back to you whether you like it or not.

    Hello Phoco,

    First of all, try resetting the browser data by deleting cookies, cache, etc.

    If that doesn't work, in the Windows settings, check that (under Languages and regional settings) Arabic is not among the selected languages.
