Hello everyone. I have an issue with a USB key that prevents Windows 10 from starting.
If the USB key is in its port before Windows 10 starts, then Windows 10 does not boot. I have to remove the key from its port to be able to start Windows 10. If Windows 10 is already running and I insert the USB key, then everything works normally and I can access the program that the key contains. How can I fix this issue? Thank you in advance for your cooperation and have a nice day everyone.

Hello
Your issue comes from the fact that in your machine's BIOS, USB is set before the Hard Drive (or SSD) in the boot order.
You need to access the BIOS and change the boot order.
This access varies depending on your machine's model.
It may be by pressing Escape, F1, F2, F10, etc... Right after powering on, well before Windows starts loading.
See you later

If the answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)
Let him who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.

Thank you Macintosh for your response, but as I am far from being an expert in the matter, I really hesitate to go "play" in the BIOS. Is this really the only solution to fix this problem?
Hello
YES, the only one :-( If you really want to get rid of the problem!!
The BIOS must have been "modified" by the person who installed this machine from a USB drive... Check with that person!!
See you!
