Hello. After a faulty driver that refreshed the desktop every 6 seconds, I reset my computer. The problem is that when starting up, the language and time zone selection page opens, I click on "Next," a new page opens and says that there is a problem preventing my PC from working and that an update will fix the issue. The LAN cable is plugged in and functional, I click on next, there's a first loading screen "please wait" then suddenly a white flash, a second loading screen "please wait" and then it restarts and returns to the language and time zone selection.
Being on a Lenovo desktop, I've tried everything: "Fn+f2," "Fn+f1," "f11," and even repeatedly pressing "f8" as indicated on some forums and nothing works, no BIOS opens. As a novice, my knowledge is limited to basic resets, etc., and without access to the desktop, no diagnostics suggested on other forums work.
If anyone has a solution, I’m all ears.

for access to the BIOS, check this page --> click here
to install W10, you need 1 USB key of 8GB and 1 other PC to download the W10 ISO image if your PC is not working anymore

"Why did my PC restart?
A problem is preventing your PC from working, but we believe an update will solve it. To perform the update, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your PC is plugged in
2. If you are using Wi-Fi, select Next and follow the instructions to connect to a Wi-Fi network
3. If you are not using Wi-Fi, plug in a network cable to connect to a wired network, and then select Next
4. Once you are connected, select Next to start the update installation."
No error code, otherwise I would have centered my research on that initially.
