Slow Le Bon Coin with Firefox Solved

Hello,

When I browse the listings on leboncoin with Firefox, it's slow, whereas it's not the case with Google Chrome. I have cleared the cache, deleted the history, and Firefox is up to date. Do you have any ideas? Thank you for your responses.

Hello,

Start Firefox in troubleshooting mode to determine if the slowness issue is caused by your extensions or themes.

Click on Menu > Help > Troubleshoot Mode. When a confirmation window appears, choose Open and Firefox will start in troubleshooting mode.

Then check if the slowness problem still occurs. If the problem persists, you can try to repair Firefox.

Only with the site le boncoin, but what’s strange is that with Google Chrome, le boncoin works properly.

I already had uBlock Origin and the problem still appeared; I added AdBlock Plus but it didn't change anything.

After several attempts on Le Bon Coin, I realized that if I did a search with "all categories," there was no problem, but as soon as I searched with categories like DIY, gardening, cars, or others, the issue occurred. The same problem occurs on my wife's PC. I had contacted Le Bon Coin, who advised me to clear my browser's cache and delete the history, but that doesn't change anything. It seems that the problem does not occur with Android.

I managed to click on the adaptive view icon resembling a phone next to a tablet, but then I can't find "Adaptive."
While browsing on leboncoin, I realized that the long part is exiting an ad, but if I click on "professionals" to remove them, the issue doesn't occur when exiting an ad from a private seller, it's really strange. What's also strange is that everything works fine with Google Chrome, but I would like to keep Firefox.

Good evening, and thank you for these tips, but it makes no difference with ad blockers. I installed uBlock Origin and then AdBlock Plus, and there's no improvement. I tried them both individually and then together, but there was no change. I read somewhere that Le Bon Coin has a grudge against Firefox and that it doesn't make the necessary updates for it to work well with Firefox. While searching online, I found that many people are complaining, but it doesn't change anything, and then there are those who don't complain but are affected and are turning to Opera or Chrome.
