Hello,
I have a Hisense Roku TV and it keeps going into standby.
I have turned off the timer as well as the automatic standby after 4 hours, but nothing changes.
Is there another step?

    Hello,
    Try resetting the settings to default and then repeat the procedure to disable sleep mode. If the problem persists, you will need to claim the warranty.

    It may be a safety shut-off due to overheating, try vacuuming the air vents
