How to print on C6 envelopes, CANON TS5055

Hello,

I want to print addresses on C6 envelopes. I have a Canon TS5055 printer and a MacBook Air, I'm printing from Word, and I haven't been able to find a solution despite my searches :/

    Hello,

    The printer manual is here.
    You will find instructions on how to load envelopes on page 40.

    On its side, Word handles C6 size envelopes well.
    Go to Mailings => Envelopes
    In the window that opens, navigate to the Envelopes tab and click on Options at the bottom.
    In the new window, select the correct envelope size in the Envelope Options tab.
    And in the Printing Options tab, select the feeding method that corresponds to what your printer does (as you have seen in the manual).

    You should be able to do it.

    I have the same problem, and even though Word has the C6 option, the printer passes the envelope through completely without printing anything. I don't know what to do anymore! Besides, there is no C6 option in the paper size on my TS5055 and I don’t see how to add it...

      Correction, I just succeeded. For some unknown reason, the printer did not recognize the C6 size, but now it does.

        You are lucky that it has passed.
        The problem is that the C6 format is rarely used and, due to the small size of the envelopes, they are often not supported by printers.
        I can work around the issue on my printer by using the tray reserved for photo paper. In the standard tray, the paper is not detected.
