Could someone tell me what I should do with a stuck printer and the error message c6? Thank you in advance.

      the error code C6 does not exist... the closest one I found: 

      SC-600 Communication problem between SCU and operation

    The manual does not mention code C6. However, it is written in small print:
    If "C" or "c" appears, please contact customer service or your sales representative.
