Hello,
While trying to replace a cartridge in my printer, a piece of plastic holding the tab where the cartridges are located lifted up and fell inside the printer. I can hear it moving but I can't reach it. How do I disassemble the printer to retrieve it? I need to remove it because the message says there is an object and it cannot print.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 80.0.3987.149

I still managed to get it open by forcing it with a screwdriver on what I believe to be clips.
