EPSON scanner error 100069

Hello,
on an EPSON WF 3725, while scanning a new document, this error scanner 100069 appeared, completely blocking the printer.
The technical services can't do anything despite 2 firmware update attempts.
If anyone has an alternative solution, THANK YOU in advance.

    Hi,

    I don’t want to sound pessimistic, but planned obsolescence is very prevalent in printers... (I've already had a similar case)
