Hello, Ligier Nova 2001 has central locking, does not start, a sound signal on the dashboard, preheating is okay, battery is okay at 13V, with central locking both doors open and close, but the tailgate remains locked, how can we disable the central locking, will the car start, do the electric windows still work? Where is the central locking system? There is no electronics in the key, it's a separate unit.
