Snapchat app crashing on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro; when I open Snapchat on the camera, the app becomes unresponsive and crashes.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and even tried reinstalling an older version of the app via an APK file, but nothing works.

I think the issue is with the phone itself.
Does anyone else have a compatibility problem with this app? Or does anyone have a solution to fix my issue?

Good evening, I also have a major bug with Snap... First of all, when someone texts me, the text is white, and when I go into the settings, I can't change anything because everything is "empty." When it comes to posting videos on my story, it loads and then tells me that it’s impossible to publish them...
Regarding the phone itself, during a call, the screen goes black and I can't tap to hang up or put it on speaker. The phone is new (2 weeks) and it has never fallen.

First of all, have you really turned off your smartphone? (long press on the button)..
Then, you can reset the app (you will need to re-enter your ID and password!!), in settings, apps, look for Snapchat, then long press on the app, then Storage and clear Data and Cache.
