I have purchased a new Epson xp2100 printer. I can print and photocopy but I can't scan; the scanning tool does not detect it... In the Devices settings, it says "drivers unavailable." I ran the troubleshooter, which indicates that the drivers are up to date. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer several times, but nothing works...
Do you have a solution?

Hello,
On Windows 10 (I suppose?), connecting the printer is not enough.
You need to install the scanner drivers, normally we have a CD that comes with it, otherwise we can download them from https://www.epson.fr/support?productID=31294#product_search
