EBP Classic Accounting Issue

Hello,
I have EBP Compta Classic 2018 as well as for Quotes & invoicing. No issues... until Friday, September 3, which was the first launch since early August.
On launching the accounting, I get a first window Activation / An error has occurred.
When I confirm this first dialog, I have a new dialog titled "Evaluation version", informing me that the evaluation is over and inviting me to activate my software or purchase the software. If I click on Activate the software, I get a new window informing me that EBP Compta is not activated and offering me the option to activate via the Internet or manually.
- The Internet activation tells me that "the license I entered does not match the version of this software".
- The manual activation tells me "The activation code is not valid or is not intended for the EBP Comptabilité Classic 2018 application (OL Technology). For any information, please contact your EBP reseller, the EBP Support and Activation Service at 01 34 94 80 80 or the EBP Customer Service at 01 34 94 80 20."
Curiously, invoicing launches without any problem.
Do you see a solution to my problem? I have thought about completely reinstalling the accounting software, or even uninstalling it beforehand, but I'm not sure that the remedy wouldn't be worse than the ailment.

In principle, Accounting and Quotes/invoicing are two different entities.
Therefore, there is nothing preventing one license from being incorrect while the other is not.
If the Accounting license is valid (which is unlikely) and there is an activation bug, as suggested, just call EBP.
Otherwise, software publishers are generally not completely foolish: the software installation stores the license in a hidden file that survives uninstallation, otherwise everyone would just uninstall and then reinstall a trial version with unrestricted capabilities every month...

Yes, I understand all this and I agree that the fact that billing works is not necessarily relevant. But as a result, I'm not making much progress :-( I also received information that, if I understand correctly, due to an automatic operation EBP now believes that I have a different version from my actual version. So I will indeed contact EBP to try to get this sorted out.
