Problem with EBP accounting

Hello,
I just bought the software EBP Compta 2010 but I have a problem:
IMPOSSIBLE to open my file, an error message appears: "The database is locked and opened in exclusive mode by administrator since 25/02/2010" what should I do???
Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 532.5

    You need to go to tools, maintenance, unlock the users and that's it.

      I know the post is old, but I think it can help:
      I had the same issue this morning and after reading the messages, here's what I did:

      Tools / Data Maintenance / Next / Select the relevant folder / Check Remove locks for all users and disconnect all users / Next / Start

      And I can access my folder again.

      Thank you, on EBP Commercial Classic 2018, I had a bit of trouble finding the right checkbox because the interface is slightly different, but the solution is good. It is working again. Thanks again.
