Unable to enter my confidential code at Windows 10 startup

Hello,
I'm not sure if I'm in the right section of the forum and I apologize in advance if I'm not.
Let me explain my problem.
A week ago, when I turned on my computer, I found myself unable to enter my PIN; no numbers or letters (including the password) appeared, neither with my keyboard nor with the virtual keyboard. I also couldn't turn off or restart my computer by clicking on the icon on the right, it was inactive. After a few forced restarts by pressing the button directly, at some point I was finally able to type my code and log in. I took the opportunity to delete the startup code to avoid any issues.
In the following days, everything seemed to work, I no longer had to enter a code. And then suddenly, yesterday, the code request came back. After many attempts, I was able to enter the code and log in. I took advantage of having access to the computer to run a scan with my Avast antivirus, which found nothing.
My computer started doing weird things shortly after: suddenly the desktop icons appeared larger, double-clicking the mouse acted like a right click and I could no longer use my keyboard, neither in Word nor in the search bar... At that point, I gave up for the night. I managed to turn off the computer normally.
This morning, it was the same: request for a code or password to log in and I can't type anything.
I should note that the keyboard works well on another PC and I've tried another keyboard and the same problem persists.
Do you have any idea of the origin of the problem? (virus, hardware issue...) and things to try to fix it?
I should add that I don't know anything about computers and the kind soul who wants to help me will need to guide me step by step, otherwise I might get lost!!!
