Hello,
I have installed the Video DownloadHelper extension with the companion app on my Mozilla Firefox browser.
I recorded a video from YouTube and I don't know where it is located.

My question is this: where can I find my recorded video?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Hello,

See there, I don't know if the download folder C:\users\xxxxxxx\dwhelper is still valid.

We should also be able to change the default destination directory (I always put everything on the desktop at first, that way I know where it is):

Just a note on the side,

Video Download Helper asked me to pay for a plugin last time, since then, I've been using JDownloader, no need to pay.

    Hi,

In your search bar, open %userprofile%\downloads

Otherwise, check in the preferences of video downloadhelper.

Thank you, Fabul, for your reply.
    Well, I didn’t find anything in %userprofile%\downloads.

Now we need to check the Video DownloadHelper preferences. How do I access them?
Thank you in advance for your response.

    Tools > Extensions and themes

If you want, try JDownloader, it downloads some videos very well.

    Thank you very much, fabul.

The problem with JDownloader is that it stops at Windows 8. But it’s okay, I will continue with Video DownloadHelper.

    Have a good day.
