DownloadHelper download issue

Hello,
I am reaching out to you regarding a problem I am experiencing with downloadhelper on Firefox; every video I try to download from YouTube using downloadhelper shows “0 bytes” in the downloads section. Previously, I had no issues; now, downloadhelper acts as if the video is downloading, but in fact, the file is empty. Has anyone else encountered the same issue?

    Hi, I found the solution, you just have to share the video on Facebook, watch it, and right-click/downloadhelper next to the comments.

      Hello,

      there is another solution: copy the title of the music or video into the search box, press enter, and then the download works again.

      It's probably a settings issue.
