Image size adjustment issue

Hello, I bought a key for the game RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE PC online, which I downloaded and installed via Steam. When I launch the game, the image size is limited to a square. So I go to the image display settings, and it tells me to press the Z key to enlarge it by pushing the sliders to the edges of the screen while holding Z. It enlarges a bit, but then it stops. I checked my config, which meets the minimum requirements. Where should I look in the Nvidia settings? Should I change the resolution? This game is quite demanding; could that be the issue? Thank you for your help.

    Hello, it was actually set to windowed display
    my config I5 4900, GPU RTX 2060 16 GB of ram
    and we adjust the image size with Z and S.
