Sims 3 - Get a visual preview of .packages

Hello everyone,
In order to free up my game from all this personalized content that has become useless, I would like to delete a few files. No problem for the .sims3pack files that appear directly in the launcher, but how can I get a preview of the .package files? The file name alone is sometimes not explicit enough, I cannot delete them without knowing which "image" they correspond to (clothing, accessory, etc.). Would there be a tool that allows obtaining an image preview of the .packages (and possibly larger previews of the .sims3pack as well)?

Thank you very much for the link! Unfortunately I can't use it correctly; I read in a tutorial that we should make a PNG preview of the package, but I can't find any =S I only have IMG types and the preview doesn't seem possible for those types.
Could someone enlighten me =x ?
