No printer is installed

Hello,

Indeed, since this morning, I can read the following error message when I want to print a document from Word: "no printer installed." And when I click on "install a printer," I can see my printer installed.

So I took a look in the control panel, Devices and Printers, and the printer is indeed installed and ready to use.

I unplugged and plugged back all the power plugs and others, but nothing works.

I also cannot export to PDF.

Could you please help me find a solution?

    Hello,

    is your printer set as default in the control panel, Devices and Printers? Normally, there should be a small green circle with a checkmark on it. If not, right-click on the printer/set as default printer.
