Hello and good luck with the work you are doing,

After an attempt to restore under Windows 10 21H1 to fix my Photos.exe that was working before but has not worked since the automatic installation of 21H1, at restart I get the following error message: Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AdvancedMicroDevicesInc-2.AMDRadeonS...\launcherrsxruntime.exe -. However, when I try to download it from MSN, then Google, then Bing, the same response: impossible to obtain it!
Previously, I had already used the restoration offered by Windows 10 and it always went very well!

Could you please help me?

Since 1998, I have been a continuous user of Windows versions, which have always satisfied me, especially XP Pro!

Thank you in advance for your daily efforts to maintain all Windows features in a Windows universe that has continued to grow more complex over the years,

Please accept the expression of my deep respect,

ChrisPi

    Good evening,

I don't know, but there are 2 curiosities: if Windows is 64-bit, there is no Program Files folder.
And something related to a graphics card shouldn't be in WindowsApps, in principle.

      Hello Brucine,

Indeed: I didn't comment on it, but I was surprised as well! Because I do have a ProgramData folder, a Programs folder, and a Program (x86) folder; I've only had this machine since April and I haven't looked into how it's managed in DOS yet; maybe there's a Program Files with subfolders: Data, Files, and X86, we'll see, but I'm getting tired (sorry, 70% disabled) Thank you, Brucine. The question remains more in suspense because, by habit, under Google for example, if I typed Shell32.dll I could easily access it!
If you find a way to get that infamous file, let me know; I’ve been at it from Restore to Restore since 9 AM.
As for the spelling, the name is correct (with spaces for better readability): launcher RSX runtime.exe and I'm indeed under Windows 10 21H1
      PFFfff...
      See you, Brucine

P.S.: I am an engineer specializing in decision-making information systems (or BI in English) + a Cognos and BO expert and a computer scientist since 1981 but sometimes, as you see, I get stuck too; however, it is true that Windows 10 is very far from the reliability of Windows XP Pro, for example...

Yes, well, spelling doesn't change much about the question except that it raises the systematic doubt we might have about a malware.

But that doesn't answer the questions and suggestions I've made.

By the way, please be kind enough to respond in order by commenting successively on each message, otherwise we'll not lose our computing, that's already done, but our Latin.

My bad Brucine, I'm a bit messy! Sorry!
My VSL just arrived: I have to do a vaccination reminder for my Chihuahua SuryKat at 4:30 PM.
        Thanks again for your dedication!
