Window appears and disappears

Hello, good evening, for a few days now a window has been appearing and disappearing immediately, this happens VERY often (about once every 15 seconds) I managed to capture it with a video capture software.
I have run analyses with my antivirus and according to it there is no problem
Also, coming here to describe my issue I noticed that it was "interfering" with my mouse actions (in the second video, you can't see it due to the quality but you can clearly see it cancels what I'm doing)
Well, I hope I have described my problem as best as possible :)
Ps: I don’t know much about this area so if there are any actions to take, thank you in advance for describing the steps clearly so that I can understand at least a little !!
