I just received an email from them for an amount of €46.44 towards Canal (July 2021).. I called the bailiff and the secretary accepted that I pay next month...
I called Canal (cancellation service) to explain my situation.
I requested the cancellation, and they told me that within 72 hours I would receive a confirmation email of my cancellation (Canal), I called this Monday because I had not heard from them, and then I was told that I had subscribed to a subscription in April 2020, I asked to have the proofs, email, and audio recording of that and they refused the AUDIOS, and redirected me to the Canal customer space website, I told them that I did not know my identifiers because I did not subscribe to this offer, and had never used this service, she replied that it was in the bailiff's email and surprise the number does not match the one given by the operator on the phone, because last year (July 2020) the same company was claiming the same amount from me, and foolishly I had paid it then.
Do you find it normal that I am being asked for only €46.44 for a period of one year?.
Canal does not want to know anything, they do not want to provide me with the phone conversations that would prove that they indeed accepted the cancellation and that I was also supposed to receive this proof by email. I would like to know your opinions, and your solutions.
