Nahimic crash on launch

Question

Hello, since I installed the latest update of Nahimic after restarting my MSI PC, the software won't launch anymore. As soon as I click on it, it starts then crashes. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but nothing works. I have also updated the Realtek drivers in the Device Manager, and that hasn't helped either. I don't know what to do anymore. My PC model is an MSI GF75 Thin 9SD-267 FR. Thank you for getting back to me. Have a good day.

Hello,
To fix the problem, I uninstalled Nahimic, disabled the Nahimic service, and uninstalled Nahimic companion. Then I reinstalled Nahimic (via the Microsoft store), then Nahimic companion (via MSI driver & app center), and finally I reactivated the Nahimic service.
And voilà, Nahimic started.

Hello, since yesterday, everything is the same on my Gigabyte Aero laptop... The panel and spatialization management were working perfectly, and without me doing anything, it started crashing at every startup.

I tried manually downgrading the version (thinking that an automatic update had taken place). I managed to launch the Nahimic Companion app, but I could no longer activate the effects, as my audio devices had suddenly become incompatible...

So, it seems to work for me... except that... whether the Nahimic effects are activated or not, it doesn't change anything to the ear... ??? Do you hear a difference with the effects activated?

I solved the problem by uninstalling/reinstalling Nahimic and its drivers properly by following the MSI tutorial: https://www.msi.com/faq/faq-3640
