You probably meant to say that it doesn’t have a PCI-E 6 or 8 pin power connector.

First of all, graphics cards are no longer equipped with PCI ports, but with PCI-Express 16X ports. These ports provide a maximum power of 75W to the graphics card. If a graphics card does not consume more than 75W, it doesn’t need to be connected directly to the power supply. Therefore, it will not have a power connector. Since your graphics card does not consume more than 75W, it is normal that it does not have a power connector, as the power supplied by the PCI-Express 16X port on the motherboard is sufficient for it.
