Hello,
When I connect my mobile phone to my computer (desktop), a Windows error message appears, indicating that a USB hub port has exceeded the maximum available limit, and this is accompanied by a disconnection of the surrounding devices.
The problem does not come from the USB port; whether I connect the phone to the front or the back, it still causes the malfunction.
Motherboard: GA-H97N-WIFI rev 1.1
Mobile phone: Samsung A3 2016
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 55.0.2883.75

Hi,
there seems to be an issue with the power supply to the USB ports.
Maybe there's not enough electrical power to charge the phone that's trying to connect to the USB ports...
Is it possible to get more details about the computer?
You should try with another phone on the USB ports and, conversely, try this phone on another computer...
