Fransat reception

Hello,

I am back at my holiday home and I no longer have access to the Fransat channels. It says "you do not have access to this channel". I checked the card and it is valid.
I only have access to RT France.
Any ideas?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99

    Let's recap:
    Not easy but try this:

    Turn on the decoder, remove the card, turn off and unplug the decoder,
    -gently rub the card chip on a piece of clothing,
    -turn the decoder back on, let it restart completely,
    -reinsert the card, perform a factory reset, turn it off,
    -then unplug it for 1 to 2 minutes, then plug it back in and reinstall the channels

      It still doesn't work. The card is recognized by the device, and it is still valid according to the Fransat website, but if I go to the Fransat rights summary, they stop on 03/01/2020.
