hello

I just downloaded Waze and I can barely hear the guidance voice even though the volume on the phone and Waze are turned up all the way

Have you tried going into the Waze settings, volume, and adjusting your volume?

I just had to turn up the volume on my phone
I hadn't thought of that because the volume on my phone is always maxed out
