Linkeo scams to avoid

No, that's worse. Amateurism and scams are everywhere. The site does not correspond to the clients' activities. Incompetence of the referencing services. Incompetence of the WebDAV consultants. Spelling mistakes are everywhere (pizza delivery starting from €1500) contracts resold to lenders without informing the client for 48 months. Commercial lies about expected Google returns. In short, everyone is lying in this company. Incompetence is total at all levels. Once the contract is signed, you can’t do anything. Astronomical amounts are charged, €400/€500 per month. Avoid it.

We are also having major issues with the company Linkeo.
We are going to file a complaint. Do you have any information to share with us?
Thank you for your help.
Online setup fees were waived by the salesperson on the day of his visit to my workshop, and then charged!!
In all honesty, I contacted this salesperson about this issue 3 times, and each time he clearly indicated that these fees were indeed charged by mistake!!!!
SEPA direct debit mandate received from Linkéo with a signature that is not mine!!!
A so-called photographer was supposed to create a video report of my craftsmanship in my workshop; this person came but was only equipped with a camera!!! When I discovered the result on my site, what a disappointment, terrible!! I could have saved him the trip; I could have done it with my own means, if not better, without pretension!!
Promise of taking care of a portion of my site’s costs by this salesperson, and since then no news. The site that was created is disappointing, photos on my homepage are inconsistent and inappropriate to the core of my business!!
I regret not having my site done by an independent, much cheaper (3000€) and moreover, the owner of my site!
So a word of advice from a friend, avoid this company and hire an independent who will truly create your site in your image.
I will therefore contact the DGCCRF at first to explain this questionable situation.
This company is protected by its lawyers. It practices what are called dark patterns (also known as deceptive patterns) such as not reminding you of the contract end date so that it is automatically renewed for another year, and regarding Google Ads campaigns, if you give 300 euros, they take 50% for management fees, so only 150 euros is actually used for the campaign. Also, you have to tell them everything to do in order for them to do it; they will not advise you on their own and do not have enough staff to manage your site alone.
If you are small entrepreneurs, craftsmen, startups, etc., I advise you to give a chance to junior freelancers so they can fill their portfolio to get clients, but also create a good site for you and manage it at a reasonable price. I guarantee you that it's more cost-effective.
Hello,
The so-called Hamon and Châtel laws only allow certain types of contracts to be terminated by the consumer if they were not informed of their tacit renewal within the allotted time.
They do not apply to professionals, whom the legislator deemed capable of managing the terms and deadlines of the contracts they have signed, and disputes continue to fall under the jurisdiction of commercial courts and judicial courts: the supplier is therefore not required to notify the renewal of these contracts, and in practice, they never do.
