Thomson PC won't turn on anymore

Hello,
My Thomson 17.3 laptop won't turn on. When I plug in the power supply, no LEDs light up. However, when I connect my mobile phone, it charges. What should I do, please????????????????

    Hello, you can try this:
    Unplug the computer, remove the battery, and hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery and plug it back in to start.
    How old is this laptop?

      I just bought it, but I can't come to an agreement with cdiscount, I no longer have the packaging box and the charger is not accessible.

    Your computer is under warranty; they are obliged to take it back and/or exchange it and/or refund you.
    Persevere... that said, avoid buying this type of product that is cheap at the time of purchase but unfortunately doesn't last very long.... :((
