Hello,  I can't find the corresponding identifiers, what is this bug again? I've sent messages to support but to no avail... I don't know what to do.  Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.1

I found the solution.
Go to SnapChat support
Go to "contact us"
Then check "I can't access my account"
Next "I'm getting an error message"
And all the way down say yes to "do you need help"
They will ask you to fill something out, then the game is on, you will receive an email within 30 minutes asking you to change your password, then you will finally be able to log in

Otherwise, contact them by email (preferably write in English) ***@*** then likewise they will send you a message

Hello,

Members have no way to access or intervene in your secure account. Only Snapchat can restore it and you need to contact them.
