Hello, and thank you.
I have NitroSense that refuses to launch, so I uninstalled it and downloaded the version for my PC (AN515-55) but even the installation refuses to proceed and tells me
When I launch the package, it tells me to "run Setup.exe"
When I run Setup, it tells me "This computer is not supported"
I don't know what else to do.

Hi, I had the same problem as you. You just need to click on your file, select extract here (very important), and then run setup.exe. I hope I helped you.

Should I extract here? Okay, but where?? The zip is in the downloads folder, but I don’t think that's the right directory! Because when I tried, the setup.exe completely uninstalled it, but it doesn’t reinstall it for me.
- Hello,
A zip file can be extracted in the folder where it was downloaded (including the "downloads" folder).
When you look at the contents of the zip file, before extraction, all the files that make it up appear, but do not allow for installation (file named setup.exe, install.exe, or others) in their current state.
Therefore, you need to proceed with extraction by selecting the "Extract All" option located in the top banner of the open zip file window. At this stage, you will be asked to choose the destination folder.
You can either choose "downloads" or change the folder by browsing through the accessible folder hierarchy. For example, you might choose to extract the zipped folder to the desktop, which would make it easier for you to find.
There is no risk of confusing the zipped file and the newly created folder as they do not look the same. In fact, you will be prompted to access the files of the new folder at the end of the extraction. By accepting this, you can click on the installation file.
Once the installation is complete, you can launch Nitrosense, check that it works, and possibly delete the new Nitrosense folder (unzipped) or even the zipped file (in "downloads"). Neither of them is needed once the software is installed (except in case of reinstallation, but if this should happen in several months, it’s better to check on the publisher’s website if there is an update or a new version).
I am not addressing in this post the initial (old) message where it was noted When I launch Setup it tells me "This computer is not supported", which has nothing to do with the functioning of a zipped file but concerns the compatibility of the downloaded version of Nitrosense with the installed version of Windows.
