DHCP Error

I am working on Windows Server 2012 R2. I have installed AD DS and DHCP, but the DHCP configuration displays this error:

A Windows DHCP integrated into AD must indeed be authorized to start.
This requires Enterprise Admins rights to do so.
(We actually declare the computer object in the Configuration partition, hence these elevated rights -> scope at the forest level then)

Right now, your server cannot contact your AD forest/domain; the issue is a bit before the authorization I think --> often a DNS issue, or network connectivity issue.

We can do it manually, and it's actually recommended.
Because you should not log onto a member server with elevated AD rights (Builtin Admin AD, Domain Admins/Enterprise Admins/Schema Admins).

I followed your steps but I don't have an option to allow it, it just says DHCP that's all.

Uninstall the DHCP role, restart the installation, and during the post-installation process, set the correct authorized account.
