Hello, For several days now on my tablet, only the applications work. One day, without any action on my part, instead of the internet logo, there was a green logo. And when I click on it or on a link on YouTube to be redirected to Facebook or Instagram, a window appears noting: com.sec.Android.app.Sbrowser.SbrowserApplication has stopped
I can't reset it???? Can someone help me?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 3.5

Hello,
you should have a Samsung tablet, go to the settings of your tablet then to Applications in the list of applications click on Samsung Internet then Storage then clear data this will reset the Samsung Internet application, normally your problem should no longer be present.

Hello, thank you for your message, but it's still not working. In my apps, there is no Samsung Internet. Just Samsung Checkout, Samsung Experience Service, and Samsung Push Service. At the beginning of this mess, the internet logo I was clicking on was no longer a blue circle but a green alien, so I deleted it. I thought I would find the internet logo somewhere else. That's probably why it's no longer in my apps? I'm so bad with computers ????

Go to the PlayStore, download and install Samsung Internet https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.app.sbrowser&hl=fr&gl=US
