Hello,
I have a problem, my Continental Edison television lowers the volume by itself. I saw the trick on this forum to disconnect the wires from the volume buttons on the TV, but my model doesn't have any buttons on the front, only on the remote control.
What can I do?

    Have you tried resetting the television via the menu?

      Thank you for your response, but on my television there is a knob that can lower or raise the volume, one of my children must have blocked the knob downwards, I have unlocked it, thank you again.
