Samsung TV volume decreases by itself
Solved
Hello,
Hello, so here it is, I got a Samsung plasma TV model ps42a......
As mentioned in the title, I'm having this issue with the volume constantly decreasing. There are side buttons on the TV, and I can see that’s where the problem is because it reacts randomly. I read on this site that I needed to disable the side control panel. I opened the TV but I can't find this connector. There is quite a large circuit board on the command side with 5 big ribbon cables. But I'm looking for this connector to unplug... Please, a little help ^^ thanks
Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.80
