GTA Bug: Another instance of Grand Theft Auto V is already running

Hello,
I recently installed GTA via the Rockstar Games Launcher
But when I launch the game, an error code appears stating "Another instance of Grand Theft Auto V is already running, please close the game completely before trying to play again."
This message appears every time I try to launch the game.
Have you ever encountered this problem?
