Hello,
I bought a PANASONIC KX-TG6812 duo landline phone in February 2020.
All settings have been adjusted. The ringtone set to maximum volume is not loud enough, and if we are about 10 meters away from the device, we can hardly hear the calls. Do you think there is a system that would allow us to increase the ringtone volume?
Thank you so much for your help if it is possible.
I hope to hear from you soon, and in the meantime, have a good afternoon.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 90.0.4430.212

Hello.
Via a ringer amplifier ==>

Far be it from me to advertise, but if you had bought a Gigaset duo, like the AS 690 model for example, instead of this Panasonic, which is a bit cheaper, you wouldn't have had this ringing weakness issue.
Personally: Gigaset A 510 A trio (7 years) and forced to turn down the volume because it is so loud.
See you later . . .

To tell you the truth, I originally bought a Gigaset duo but the phone was always lit up, despite the maximum power-saving setting, when it was on the base and the battery drained quickly, so to speak!
That’s why I bought this Panasonic duo, which really only consumes a minimum of battery because, not only does it turn off while on the base, but it also turns off very quickly during a call while still allowing me to continue my conversation. By the way, I had another Panasonic duo that worked very well for many years, but the numbers were practically worn out from use and you couldn't press the buttons anymore. So I had a very good impression of this brand; I didn't think the quality of their devices had decreased.
There you go!!
There can be surprises sometimes!
See you soon and thanks again.
Strange indeed. Before my A 510 A, I had the Gigaset AL 285 Trio (I still have the box :) and for both models, the lighting used to turn off properly. However, when changing the rechargeable batteries (we all get there eventually), instead of using 500 mAh ones, I opted for 800 mAh for more comfort in autonomy (safe for the chargers). It's a shame there's this ringtone issue because this model is nice to look at (more beautiful than mine in black).
In case you need it, download the user manual in French as a PDF and save it in your documents ==>

See page 19, but I think you must have done the adjustment.
Catch you later . . .
