Hello everyone
For the past few days, I haven't been able to start the Canon Quick Menu application. Each time I try, I get this message and I don't know anything about it.
CNQMMAIN.EXE Application error. The application failed to start correctly (0xc000000e5)
What does that mean and what should I do?
Thanks everyone. gazlord
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 69.0.3497.81

Hello,
Quick Menu is a program independent of the printer drivers.
You can therefore uninstall it by going to Settings > Apps
You will find Canon Quick Menu. Click on it and choose Uninstall.
You can then download it from the Canon website:
https://www.canon.fr/support/business-product-support/
Select your printer, then go to Software.
Proceed with the reinstallation once you have downloaded it.

And the words to say it come easily.
