Brother DCP-J752DW Printer Issue

Hello,

I am writing to you today to inform you of a problem with my printer that turns on and off a few seconds later.
For the past few days, my printer has not responded at all when I press the ON/OFF button, and I don't know why.

The only way to start it is to unplug the power cable and then plug it back in; it turns on and then shuts down automatically.
The brand is Brother DCP-J752DW.

Since then, I don't know what to do, I know that the problem does not come from the power cables because I bought a new one, and trying it with the printer did not change the situation.

In fact, it's not a standby issue but unfortunately a serious malfunction.
The printer turns off a few seconds after being turned on, and you can hold down the ON/OFF button with no response.
