ModeratorHello
It is with the concerned site that you need to take action...
It is likely that if it has been suspended, the terms of use have not been respected... and only they can judge the circumstances and consequences...

Hello,
I lost it, let's say tomorrow, by mistake. How do I recover it?
Did you not bother to read the answer already given right above?? Is it too hard to read?
Please contact the account manager directly. Here we can’t do anything on your behalf, and we have no connection with your account's site.
