Google blocked on klipad 2 in 1 android 8

Hello,
I bought a second-hand Klipad tablet but I didn't get the code to unlock the tablet, and when I try to use my Google account, it doesn't work either; it asks me for the email address that was associated with the tablet.
I'm a novice, I did a reset but it didn't change anything.

    I know how to do it on Samsung, I don't know about klipad

    Select "data/factory reset", confirm
    after factory reset, there should be no trace of a previous user

    Return it to the seller (and request a refund) the Google account cannot be changed!!!!
