Hello,
I had fiber installed and I encountered some issues with SFR.
They lent me a 4G key so that I could check my emails and browse the Internet.
Since I used the key, my printer is no longer working; it is "Offline." How can I resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for providing me with the detailed procedure as I am not very knowledgeable in this area.
HP ENVY 4500 printer.
Best regards.

Jeannets,
I'm quick to tell you that finally, I managed to sort out the printer issue.
I just had to go to "Settings" then "Network and Internet" then "Wifi" and click on "Show available networks" on the name of the 4G key ---> ZTE........
There, it was all quite simple, but you had to know it.
Thank you for looking into my problem.

Hello,
You're not explaining enough, we can't guess how to help you.
What is your 4G key installed on or in..??
Are you checking your emails on your phone or on a PC..??
How is all that connected..?? Wired or wireless connection (Wifi)..??
Your printer... what is it connected to and how... USB...Wifi...??
Here's a minimum of missing information... It's very likely that your 4G key does not replace the previous settings of your installation, particularly regarding the printer.. -
My key is WiFi.
I check my emails and the Internet on my laptop via WiFi.
Everything is connected via WiFi.
The printer is also on WiFi (but plugged into the electrical outlet).
The 4G key is on WiFi; it has a power plug that I connect when needed.
I don't know if all these details will help you assist me.
Thank you for looking into my problem.

Is this 4G key mounted in the SFR BOX? Or is it another box? -
