Issue with NGENUITY software

Hello,
I have the Quadcast S microphone from Hyperx and a Turtle Beach headset. I would like to enable mic monitoring but the mic monitoring option is grayed out, so I cannot activate it.

    Finally, it's good, I found the solution; you just need to set the microphone as the default device.
