Hello, I have an Acer Aspire E5-774 G PC, Windows 10, 64-bit. I have a problem with the lock screen. I can't change the image. When I go to settings, lock screen, I always have the same image with a red phrase. I am also sending you a screenshot of this issue. Could someone please help me? I'm not very skilled in computers.

Try this:
Go to ►Settings ► Privacy
Left menu ►Diagnostics and feedback
Diagnostic data ► Data required for diagnostics: Send.....
Uncheck the boxes under ►Under Customized experiences
